Our shipping rates are standard for most mainland destinations. However, courier costs vary significantly for specific islands or remote areas.

Areas subject to a surcharge primarily include:

• France: Corsica;
• Spain: Balearic Islands, Canary Islands;
• Italy: Venice Lagoon, Minor Islands (e.g., Elba, Aeolian Islands, etc.).

Order Procedure: If your address is located in these areas, please contact us before purchasing. For orders placed with the standard rate, our team will contact you before shipment to arrange payment of the surcharge.

Note on promotions: Any promotional offers (e.g., "Free Shipping") apply exclusively to the standard mainland shipping rate. The extra surcharge required by couriers for the remote areas listed above is not included in the promotion and remains the customer's responsibility, even during promotional periods.

A standard sales receipt is issued for all online orders.

Invoicing Conditions: A commercial invoice can only be requested for orders totaling €150.00 or more.

Mandatory Procedure: If you require an invoice and your order meets the minimum amount, you must contact us via email BEFORE making the payment and completing the order. Without a prior request, the order will be automatically processed with a standard receipt, and it will not be possible to issue an invoice retroactively.
